Bruins start slow but defeat Golden Knights
Last night, the Bruins visited the Vegas Golden Knights and fell down 2-0 early but they were able to tie it 2-2 in the first period, and went on to a 4-3 win to keep their early season undefeated record.

At 8:20, Golden Knights Reilly Smith scored, giving the Golden Knights a 2-0 lead. At 11:21, Bruins David Pastrnak scored his 1st goal of the season, cutting the Golden Knights lead to 2-1. At 18:58, Bruins Brad Marchand scored his 2nd goal of the season, a power-play goal, tying the game 2-2.
In the second period, at 0:33, Bruins Brad Marchand scored his 3rd goal of the season, giving the Bruins a 3-2 lead. At 2:27, Bruins Torey Krug scored his 1st goal of the season, giving the Bruins a 4-2 lead.
In the third period, at 14:42, Golden Knights Max Pacioretty scored a power-play goal, cutting the Bruins lead to 4-3.
Tuukka Rask played in net for the Bruins and made 31 saves on 34 shots. Rask now has a 2-0 record with a 2.00 GAA and a .937 save percentage this season.
Par Lindholm and Steven Kampfer were scratched and didn’t play for the Bruins.
